In 2012, Mr. Kumar took on the role of General Manager for the first time, leading the debut of the Hyatt Place brand in India. His leadership prowess shone through as he spearheaded several pre-opening initiatives, notably at Hyatt Place Gurgaon and Hyatt Place Hampi, where his talent for building high-performing teams and executing strategic visions ensured seamless openings and lasting success.
