The Royal Thai Embassy in New Delhi announces the continuation of the 60-day visa exemption for Indian citizens visiting Thailand for tourism or short-term business purposes. This policy remains effective until further notice, simplifying travel for Indian passport holders.
Additionally, from January 1, 2025, Thailand will implement its Electronic Visa (e-Visa) System, streamlining the visa application process for non-Thai nationals. Applicants can apply directly or through authorized representatives via www.thaievisa.go.th.

•Offline payment options for visa fees will be available.
•Processing time for e-Visa applications is approximately 14 working days.
•The current visa application system will accept ordinary passport applications until December 16, 2024, and diplomatic/official passport applications until December 24, 2024.
