TripAdvisor is the most popular travel review website, and the Travellers’ Choice Award indicates the high level of satisfaction and the positive guest experience in these hotels based on real customer reviews. These annual awards earned by company hotels are proof of Meliá’s leadership in service quality. In addition, the positive reception guests have given to the Stay Safe with Meliá programme is recognition for the way the hotel company has adapted all its hotels to the new needs of travellers and has managed to combine health and safety with extraordinary customer experiences.
Hotels from all over the world and from all the different Meliá Hotels International brands have received the Travellers’ Choice Award, with three hotels awarded the Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best Award. Located in Cuba, Tanzania and Spain respectively, the Meliá Cayo Coco, Meliá Serengeti Lodge and ME Sitges Terramar are rated among the most outstanding hotels in the whole world, earning the highest ratings from customers and ranking among the select 1% of the world’s best hotels on TripAdvisor.
