Disneyland Paris announces restaurant opening of La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert

Disneyland Hotel, the iconic establishment of Disneyland Paris, is set to unveil a new restaurant, La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert, on March 7, 2025. A passionate Disney enthusiast and true lover of Disneyland Paris since childhood, Michelin-starred chef Jean Imbert invites guests to a culinary experience inspired by the greatest Disney Animation movies in a magical setting.

Open to everyone, including non-visitors to Disneyland Paris, La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert, third restaurant of Disneyland Hotel, will welcome diners every evening, from Wednesday to Sunday, starting March 7, 2025. Reservations for La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert open on February 19, 2025.

About The Chef, Jean Imbert:

He heads up a number of prestigious establishments, is preparing to open a new restaurant, ‘La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert’, in the heart of the legendary Disneyland Hotel at Disneyland Paris on March 7, 2025.

Since 2021, he has been at the helm of the Plaza Athénée in Paris, where he managed to spring a surprise by winning his first star for the restaurant ‘Jean Imbert au Plaza Athénée’ after just 9 weeks of opening. In March 2022 he became the first chef of the historic Christian Dior boutique at 30 Avenue Montaigne in Paris. His journey did not end there, as he became the Chef of the legendary Venice Simplon-Orient-Express in April 2022 and of the legendary Le Brando hotel, nestling in the heart of the Tetiaroa atoll in French Polynesia, in February 2023.

In May 2023, Jean Imbert became the chef at the Hotel Martinez in Cannes, opening ‘La Plage by Jean Imbert’, followed by the gastronomic restaurant ‘La Palme d’Or’ during the 2024 Film Festival.

In February 2024, he took charge of two new restaurants, Riviera and High Society, at The Lana hotel in Dubai. His latest project is the opening of a restaurant in Mont-Saint-Michel, Le Logis Sainte-Catherine, on January 16 this year. Jean Imbert is also head of the Hôtel Cheval Blanc St-Barth.

He is also the creator of the ToShare concept, which he developed with his friend Pharrell Williams. He was voted Chef of the Year in 2021 by Quotidien magazine, and in 2019 by GQ magazine, by which he was also named ‘Man of the Year’ in 2024. He is considered one of the 50 most influential French people in the world by Vanity Fair. The youngest graduate of the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France, he is also known as the iconic winner of France’s Top Chef TV show in 2012.
