According to Air India, travelers traveling to and from Delhi’s IGI airport in the winter will be able to reschedule or cancel their reservations at no additional cost if there is a chance that significant fog delays may cause delays in their flight. This is a component of the FogCare program that was launched last winter.
Affected travelers will receive prompt help from Air India, along with simple ways to reschedule or cancel their ticket at no additional cost.
“The FogCare program is an earnest attempt to lessen disruption to visitors whose flights are susceptible to fog. Additionally, it will support the preservation of network schedule integrity, according to Air India Chief Customer Experience Officer Rajesh Dogra.
Advisories unique to these flights will be communicated to passengers.
