Mr. Dolatre brings a wealth of expertise from his diverse management roles across the globe. Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Delhi, he served as General Manager at various hotels in South America and Europe. His hospitality journey began with a background in human resources, which honed his ability to create strong human connections. He later transitioned into food and beverage, his true passion, where he developed a keen understanding of exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
