The Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO) announces that its biennial elections will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM at The Ashok Hotel, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. This key event will determine the leadership for the next term, shaping the future of India’s travel and tourism industry.
Elections will be conducted for the following positions: President, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer, Honorary Joint Secretary, along with five Executive Committee Members (Active) and three Executive Committee Members (Allied). Active Members of the association will cast their votes as per Article 11 of the Memorandum of Association and Rules & Regulations dated August 24, 2022.
Mr. Homa Mistry, CEO of Trail Blazer Tours (I) Pvt. Ltd., has been appointed as the Returning Officer and will oversee the election process. All official correspondence regarding the elections will be managed by the Returning Officer.
