“Since the cancellation of the visa regime for Indian citizens to enter Kazakhstan, the flow of tourists has increased significantly; therefore, we decided to fill the need of passengers to travel between countries pursuing our main goal – providing affordable, convenient and high-quality air transportation options.” – said Pom Komutanont, Senior Director Operations of FlyArystan. “Kazakhstan has become one of the most popular destinations among Indians due to its natural beauty, wide range of outdoor activities and world-renowned hospitality of the people. Apart from this, the country has a particular focus on developing education and attracting international students, so that Indian travelers who interested in exploring educational or business opportunities can find opportunities in various sectors.”
According to the new regulation, Indian citizens traveling for business, private and tourism purposes can enter Kazakhstan without a visa within 14 calendar days from the moment of crossing the border.
It should be noted, that in just 3 hours, residents of India could get from the capital to the picturesque city of Shymkent, which makes it possible to get to know the culture of the historical metropolis of Kazakhstan and its hospitable people. Recently, the city has been actively enjoying its popularity among tourists, as it is located a 3-hour drive from Turkestan, the spiritual and cultural center of the country. Thanks to connecting flights, there is also possibility to get to such cities of Kazakhstan as Almaty, Astana, Karaganda, Semey and Aktobe, as well as to the city of Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, neighboring Shymkent.
