Chef Vikash Kumar, with over 14 years of industry experience and training under Michelin-starred Chef Aldo Zilli, will present his mastery of European and Pan-Indian cuisines, reinterpreting classic dishes with innovative techniques.
Chef Ram Singh Bisht, with over a decade of experience in Italian, Mediterranean, and Spanish delicacies, will feature his signature Italian creations, emphasizing fresh, high-quality ingredients and showcasing his strength in menu planning and kitchen management.
Chef Himanshu Sharma, a pastry and bakery specialist with 5+ years of experience, having previously worked at ITC Fortune under a Michelin-trained chef, will showcase his reinterpreted Italian and French fare, highlighting his expertise in refined French techniques.
