Ghostbusters Guide to NYC, featuring the real-life locations behind the film series’ most memorable scenes, including the New York Public Library, Columbia University and Ladder Company 8
Exploration of the iconic Ghostbusters Headquarters, Ladder Company 8, located in Tribeca, featuring interviews with the heroes of the FDNY who staff the firehouse
The On Location Tours’ Ghostbusters Tour, offering a private two-hour experience featuring location sites from throughout the franchise
Slimer’s Favorite Eats highlights the many restaurants serving the signature green ghost’s favorite pizza, hot dogs and other foods
A Haunted NYC collection which helps fans find haunted spots across the five “boo-roughs”
For two weeks leading up to the release of Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire on March 22, Sony Pictures has decked out Ghostbusters HQ—aka Ladder Company 8, the real Tribeca firehouse—to appear frozen as it does in the forthcoming film. On March 14, the FDNY will host a daylong event at Ladder Company 8 to commemorate the firehouse’s appearances in the film franchise, including ECTO-1 on-site.
The Ghostbusters x New York City partnership promotion also includes media running on Taxi TV, LinkNYC screens, bus shelters, online ads and social media content via @nyctourism.
